Production and Delivery
Our expansive warehouse holds a wide range of colors and models available to our customers. We offer a large variety of hair system designs for your customers, including lace, skin, and mono toupees for men, as well as full cap wigs, hair toppers, and hair extensions for women. All of our stock products are ready to ship and can be delivered to you within 2-3 business days of the shipment date.
It's important to note that our production time refers to the time taken to make the hair system and does not include the time used for consulting with us, sending in old hair systems, samples, and templates, discussing uncertain order details after we receive your payment, or shipping. In other words, production time is counted from the date that all order details are confirmed, all necessary samples and templates are received, and payment is received.

For Rush Production Time, please advise our sales representatives. Above production time is for most hair systems. Some complicated and special hair systems cannot be completed within that time frame, like silk top, extra-long hair and extra heavy density, etc. If you need a hair system within a specific time frame, please consult our customer service team before you place your order.
Shipping Time
Shipment takes place within 24 hours on working days. If you would like us to cut the base size down or cut and style the hair before shipment, please allow an additional 1-3 working days.
Guloor cooperates with several world-renowned express companies like DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc. They ship to most countries within a week, usually 5-7 business days. For some special regions, other express service or postal service will be used and the shipping time is subject to the actual situation.
Customs Clearance
Customers are responsible for any customs clearance fees. Any taxes due during customs clearance will be the responsibility of the customer. Please contact Customer Service if you have further questions.
